In a demonstration of skill and readiness, the dedicated firefighters of Harry Reid Airport’s Aircraft Rescue Firefighting unit engaged in their annual FAA-mandated exercise, showcasing their expertise in tackling emergency situations. As they battled simulated flames on the airfield, the exercise tested the firefighters’ coordination and mastery of specialized firefighting equipment, while highlighting the rigourous training that ensures passenger safety remains top priority.
Training and exercises like this one not only reinforce first responders’ commitment to protecting lives but also exemplify the airport’s dedication to maintaining the highest safety standards in aviation.
