The National Business Aviation Association’s (NBAA) annual convention and exhibition returned to Southern Nevada this fall.

The world’s largest business aviation trade show, it featured hundreds of exhibitors at Henderson Executive Airport (HND). Displays included dozens of aircraft and new aviation technologies.

“People in the aviation industry look forward to this event each year,” said HND Manager Bruce Daugherty. “It’s a chance for all of them to get up close to these aircraft and see many different manufacturers at the same time.”

Hosting the annual event puts HND in the spotlight, allowing the airport to promote its elite customer service, amenities and convenient location.

“We are very proud of our facility here,” Daugherty said. “A lot of the attendees do actually fly into Henderson as well. So we’re hoping that for those who haven’t been here before, we introduce this facility to them, and then they choose us — a very good alternative to Harry Reid International.”
